Downton Abbey Fabric Winners!

Downton Abbey Fabric, Vintage Scissors, Lori Kennedy

Good Morning, Quilters and Fabric Lovers!

I really enjoyed reading all the quotes from this giveaway!  I think Violet was the most quotable:

“I am a woman, Mary, I can be as contrary as I choose.”

“What is a week-end?”

“You are a woman with a brain and reasonable ability.  Stop whining and find something to do!”

Violet, Downton Abbey

There were so many great quotes…For a slide show of quotes:  Masterpiece

And great costumes!  (See more at Instyle)

    • Amen….I was also thinking it is not over until Lady Lori says it is over.. Enjoyed the Memory Lane everyone!….. and congratulations to the winners.

  1. Loved reading all the quotes. I didn’t even remember Mrs. Patmore’s quoteQ, that was a great one also. Do you think Julian Fellowes really thought up ALL of those lines> He must have some sarcastic blood in him!

  2. Congratulations to the winners! I’m sorry to see the Sunday series go. We don’t watch TV much at all and that is the one show I look forward to as my weekend comes to a close.

  3. LOVE the fabric so much, I’m still working my way through a fat quarter bundle. 😉 I did get my Downton quilt top done. Now to see if it takes a year to quilt…

  4. And, My congratulations to the winners; an amazingly popular show. In my opinion there could never be such a show produced in America because of the lacking knowledge of history & dry wit. As everyone, I too will miss the ending of Sunday evenings.

  5. Lori
THANK YOU! Sew excited I won! You do not know how I shrieked out loud when I saw I won, my husband thought I saw a spider or something. You are very generous to share. Thank you so much!
