12ish Favorite Photos from 2013

I’m back…sorry about my unscheduled absence.  I’m happy to report that ALL of my children were home for Christmas-along with one spouse and one fiancé  and I didn’t want to waste a single second at the computer!  I hope you are all enjoying the holidays as well!

I love the time between the hustle-bustle of Christmas and the beginning of the New Year.  It’s a great time to reflect on the past year before planning for the new year.  Today, I offer my favorite (non-quilting) photos from 2013.  Tomorrow I will share my favorite quilting photos from 2013.

  1. Thank you for sharing these gorgeous photos with us, and for giving of your time to us so generously. Every post is a delight and is greatly appreciated.

  2. I just discovered your wonderful post before christmas and practiced your christmasy things ,now I can hardly wait for more!

  3. Vintage clothespins huh? Made me smile. I believe I have some of those, and I’m certain my mother does! Ever since I learned to browse the internet, I’ve become aware that a lot of my possessions are considered ‘vintage’. Yikes.

  4. Love the photo recap of the year. Brings back memories of many pleasant Sunday afternoons spent at Como Park/Conservatory. Every summer I would have at least 1 lunch at the Lowell Inn. Fun times. Wonderful post!!! Hugs……..

  5. Lori, your photos are beautiful. I am especially the one of the peony. I love peonies. They smell so good. Wasn’t that May snow storm something? I’m glad you got to spend a lot of time with your family. Happy New Year!
